You ensure that the right resources, spare parts, materials, and documentation are in place before planned activities, while also helping to identify improvements, drive technical initiatives, and develop more long-term working methods together with the team. What You Will Have the Opportunity to Work With Plan the factory's maintenance based on optimal maintenance windows, production needs, and available resources. Coordinate maintenance work with internal technicians, production, procurement, and external suppliers. Follow up completed work, analyze deviations, and contribute to improved operational reliability, efficiency, and quality. Develop the maintenance strategy and the long-term maintenance plan together with the maintenance manager. Actively work with continuous improvements, standardized working methods, and clearer structure in the maintenance process. Requirements We are Looking for You If To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured, thorough, and solution-oriented person who enjoys creating order, driving things forward, and getting people and processes to work together. You find it easy to prioritize, communicate clearly, and adapt when conditions change in a dynamic production environment. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy a role where planning, collaboration, and practical problem-solving go hand in hand. We would like to see that you have experience from industrial operations and an understanding of how well-functioning maintenance contributes to safety, quality, delivery capability, and efficient production. We would like to see that you have: Technical education or equivalent experience that we consider comparable. Experience from industrial operations, preferably within maintenance, production, or technical planning. Good computer skills and experience working in a structured way with digital systems. Ability to gain an overview, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Good communication skills and ease of collaboration with different functions. It is advantageous if you have experience with SAP or other maintenance/business systems. We place great emphasis on your personality and are looking for someone who shares our values: you are courageous, reliable, and inspiring. For us, this means you dare to take initiative, keep your promises, and contribute to open and engaged collaboration in everyday work.
