Maintenance Mechanic for Modern Production

Are you a technically skilled problem solver with experience in industrial maintenance? We're now looking for a maintenance mechanic for a modern production environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of maintenance mechanic, you will work to ensure high operational reliability in production through preventive and corrective maintenance. The work is varied and involves both planned maintenance activities and rapid troubleshooting when problems occur in production. Your main responsibilities include: Preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and process equipment Troubleshooting, repair and mechanical work during operational disturbances Service and inspection of conveyors, packaging equipment, scales and other production equipment Troubleshooting and work with mechanical and pneumatic components Replacement and adjustment of for example bearings, chains, drives and other machine components Perform planned inspections and service activities Document completed work and actively work in the company's maintenance system Participate in improvement work and preventive measures to increase plant availability Collaborate closely with production, quality and other functions in the operation PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who is practical, technically interested and has a natural drive to find the root cause when something isn't working. You work methodically and safety-consciously even when the pace is high and understand the importance of getting production running in a sustainable and correct way. You enjoy working both independently and together with others and have good communication skills with operators, technicians and other functions in the operation. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in industry or production Good mechanical understanding and practical machine experience Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation Good computer skills and ability to document completed maintenance work Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is also advantageous if you have experience with: Food or process industry Pneumatics Electrical and control systems PLC and automated production equipment Robot or packaging equipment Welding, preferably in stainless steel Work in maintenance systems Improvement and efficiency work in production As a person, we would like you to be solution-oriented, responsible and flexible.
