We are now looking for a maintenance mechanic for a well-renowned manufacturing company in the Mälardale region. Here you will have a key role where you are responsible for ensuring high operational reliability of modern production facilities and CNC machines. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical work in a dynamic production environment, this could be the right position for you. Responsibilities As a maintenance mechanic, you will, among other things: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems. Participate in installation, modification, and improvement of machines and equipment. Collaborate with operators, production technicians, and other functions to minimize downtime. Document performed maintenance according to company procedures. Contribute improvement suggestions to increase operational reliability and productivity. We are looking for you who Have experience as a maintenance mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar role. Have a good understanding of CNC machine function and construction. Have experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Can read and understand drawings and technical documentation. Are practically inclined and enjoy solving technical problems. Master Swedish in speech and writing. Meritorious Experience with CNC machines with control systems from Siemens, Fanuc, Mazak, or Okuma. Knowledge of electrical systems and automation. Experience with improvement initiatives.
