We are now seeking a Maintenance Engineer who wants to help develop our maintenance operations and ensure reliable and efficient production. About the role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have a central role in developing, planning, and improving the maintenance of our facility. You will work both strategically and operationally with a focus on operational reliability, preventive maintenance, and long-term investments. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams and contribute to developing our approaches according to the European maintenance standard, SS-EN 13306. Your main responsibilities Develop and improve preventive and corrective maintenance. Plan and coordinate maintenance efforts in the short and long term. Drive and participate in improvement work, for example FMEA and 6M analyses. Project lead major maintenance activities and investments. Develop and maintain our preventive maintenance program. Responsible for the development and updating of the maintenance system. Prepare instructions and procedures for increased operational reliability. Train and support production and maintenance personnel in maintenance-related methods. Contribute to the development of condition-based maintenance and modern maintenance methods. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure that work is conducted according to applicable procedures and regulations. Who are you? We are looking for someone with technical education at upper secondary or higher education level and experience from the food, process, or manufacturing industry. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have a strong technical interest and good technical understanding. Are analytical, structured, and thorough. Have experience with maintenance work and operational reliability issues. Have knowledge of blueprint reading and technical problem solving. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Enjoy collaborating and building good relationships both internally and externally. Have experience with preventive maintenance. Knowledge of tribology and EFNMS certification are advantageous.
