As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for Mälarbanan at Trafikverket, you will help facilitate everyday life for residents and businesses across Sweden. You'll do this by contributing to Sweden's future infrastructure. Work Responsibilities As a maintenance engineer for Mälarbanan, you will work together with your project team colleagues to ensure the maintenance of the railway facility and follow up on commissioned maintenance measures. You will contribute your technical expertise in electrical engineering and serve as a crucial resource by being on-site to monitor the facility's condition. You will be a central part of the team's collection of data for improvement proposals, and you will help lead development activities within your area. Qualifications You are an engaged team player who builds trust. You are self-driven, proactive, structured, and quality-conscious in your commitments, with strong analytical abilities. We are looking for someone who: has upper secondary education in electrical engineering or another educational background combined with experience we consider equivalent has at least a couple of years of current and relevant experience working with railway electrical systems has experience with administrative aspects of your work has good ability to learn computer systems and is a proficient user of the Office suite expresses yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish has a valid driver's license for a passenger car It is also desirable if you have: experience from safety and maintenance inspections of railway facilities experience in project management and systematic follow-up work against contract requirements knowledge of construction law BAS-P/BAS-U experience Additional Information Would you like a flexible workday with the opportunity to work from home?
