Maintenance Electrician for technically advanced industrial operations Are you an electrician who enjoys workdays that contain more than just routine? We are seeking a maintenance electrician for an industrial operation in Ronneby where production is technically advanced and largely automated. Here you will have a varied role working closely with both machinery and production – from troubleshooting and repairs to preventive maintenance and technical improvements. This is a position for someone who enjoys finding the fault, understanding the problem, and getting equipment back in working order. About the position: No two days need to be the same. You will work with electrical systems and production equipment, while also having the opportunity to broaden your knowledge of automation. In the role you will, among other things: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production equipment Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Handle urgent faults when production needs quick assistance Participate in improvements to machinery and technical solutions Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Work with components and systems such as PLCs, motors, sensors, and servo drives Collaborate with production and other technical functions Contribute to developing maintenance approaches and digitalization We are looking for someone who: Has a background in electrical work and experience working practically with troubleshooting and maintenance in an industrial environment. You don't need to know everything from the start. What is more important is that you are technically curious, enjoy solving problems, and have the desire to develop. We would like to see that you have: Electrical technical education or equivalent experience Industrial experience, preferably in maintenance Good understanding of electrical systems Experience working with computers and technical documentation Experience with PLCs, automation, or servo technology is a plus Good knowledge of Swedish and English B-class driver's license As a person you are curious, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You can work independently when the situation requires it, but also enjoy solving problems together with others.
