Effective: 11/9/2026 Cleaning Worker (Reserved for Persons with Disabilities) Cleaning Worker – Hypermarket Tesco Frýdek-Místek Job Duties: - Regular cleaning of hypermarket spaces. - Cleaning of sales floor, entrances, and other assigned areas. - Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces. - Machine cleaning of floors using professional washing equipment. - Ongoing inspection of store cleanliness and removal of current dirt. - Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and employee facilities as needed. - Emptying trash bins and replacing garbage bags. - Cleaning commonly used surfaces and contact points. - Using assigned cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment according to established work procedures. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment for customers and supermarket employees. Requirements for Applicants: - Reliability, punctuality, and responsible approach to work. - Attention to detail and sense of order. - Independence in fulfilling assigned work tasks. - Willingness to work according to an established shift schedule. - Pleasant and courteous demeanor. - Experience with cleaning or operating washing equipment is an advantage, not a requirement. - We are happy to train applicants without prior experience. Work Schedule: - Full-time employment (HPP). - Reduced hours: 30 hours per week - Working hours Monday–Sunday according to a pre-established shift plan (alternating morning and afternoon shifts) Our Offer: - Stable full-time employment. - Hourly wage: 160 Kč/hour - Complete on-the-job training. - Work uniform and necessary cleaning supplies provided by employer. - Pleasant work team. - Hiring bonus: 3,000 Kč Work Location: Hypermarket Tesco, Příborská 2270, 738 02 Frýdek-Místek Start date available immediately or by agreement.
