Maintenance Technician - Manual Labor

What we require from you and what you will be responsible for: - Technical maintenance: minor plumbing work (faucet and trap repairs) and locksmith work (lock replacement, door adjustment). - Interior care: minor masonry touch-ups, painting, and furniture repairs. - Facility inspections: regular site walks, building and structure reviews, timely reporting of defects. - Outdoor maintenance: seasonal landscaping care (grass mowing), snow removal. - Electrical work: basic tasks (light bulb replacement, outlet inspection, basic repairs). Skills and knowledge you should have: - Manual dexterity. - Physical capability. - Group "B" driver's license. - Material knowledge and ability to improvise. - Versatility, reliability, and independence.
