Job Responsibilities: • Inspection of cleanliness, functionality, and preventive maintenance of the facility and building • Maintenance work and repairs (building, equipment, fixtures) • Installation of newly supplied equipment • Technical condition inspection of equipment • Occasional transport/delivery of materials and persons • Furniture moving within the building • Cooperation in resolving defects and emergencies • Care of outdoor areas and technical facilities of the organization • Other activities corresponding to the position Qualifications and Requirements: • Secondary vocational school (SOU/SŠ) or apprenticeship in a technical field preferred (e.g., locksmith, electromechanic, electrician, plumber, heating technician, painter, carpenter, or related field) • Basic computer skills (MS Office – email, Word, Excel) • Manual dexterity and technical thinking • Independence, reliability, pleasant demeanor, and responsible approach to work • Group B driver's license preferred • Experience with building or equipment maintenance preferred • Clean criminal record Advantages: • Valid authorization under Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.
