Job Responsibilities: - maintenance of technological equipment - plumbing work – water, sewage, heating, repairs of sanitary facilities - showers, toilets - repairs of all door and window systems and building fixtures - maintenance of fence systems - locksmith, maintenance, and gardening work - grass cutting – operation of garden tractor, mower, and string trimmer - painting of rooms, offices, and locker rooms - basic masonry work - snow removal - all repairs as needed for operation throughout the entire public organization - maintenance of public spaces, cleaning and upkeep of buildings, public areas around buildings - planting and maintenance of green spaces, sports fields - removal of overgrowth, collection of cut grass, leaf cleanup - cutting of grass areas, maintenance of hedges, mulching - terrain adjustments - repairs and painting of fences, benches, and signs - assistance in organizing sports events - following supervisor's instructions - lining of soccer fields - maintenance of assigned equipment (tractor, mower, string trimmer) - work performed primarily at the Municipal Stadium and 5. května field
