Maintenance Technician (M/F)

- Replenishment and replacement: regular inspection of cutting fluid levels and replenishment of cutting emulsions, hydraulic and lubricating oils in CNC machines and feeders - Cleaning machine tanks of chips and sludge during complete fluid changes - Handling of drums and containers - Monitoring inventory levels to prevent production stoppage due to lack of lubricants, and reporting purchasing needs - Draining used fluids into designated hazardous waste collection containers - Checking tightness of drums and tanks, replenishing absorbents (in case of leaks) and overseeing cleanliness around machines - Preparing waste for disposal by an authorized company and verifying proper labeling of containers (hazardous waste identification sheets) - Maintaining operational logs documenting oil changes for individual machines (important for planned maintenance and audits) - Cooperation with colleagues Requirements: - Experience in a similar position in manufacturing - an advantage, technical competence - Possibility of extending the employment contract Personal contact available by prior telephone arrangement or in person at the company address
