Now we're looking for you to develop as an electrician in our Electrical Maintenance department. Here we work with corrective maintenance on new and old electrical equipment as well as preventive maintenance and improvement projects within the areas of electrical, instrumentation, and automation. Your Tasks
You will have varied work where troubleshooting/installation and maintenance of different electrical equipment are part of your daily routine. After an introductory period, there is also the opportunity to work as a shift electrician on a shift schedule. By continuously eliminating sources of faults, you and your colleagues have great responsibility in working toward our established goal: uninterrupted production.

Your Profile
To successfully perform in this role, you need to have electrical training. We'd like to see that you have a few years of experience as an electrician/industrial electrician, but it's not a requirement. If you have expertise in troubleshooting, blueprint reading, as well as electronics knowledge and basic PLC control knowledge, this is considered a merit.
As a person, you are a flexible problem solver who works in a structured and systematic manner. You should understand how maintenance work functions at Uddeholm and see the value of well-planned maintenance. It's important that you're comfortable working in heavy industry, which means the job can sometimes be physically demanding.
