Requirements: 1) Higher education obtained through study in an accredited master's degree program in pedagogical sciences focused on teacher preparation for secondary schools, or 2) specialized higher education corresponding to the nature of specialized subjects taught in secondary schools and simultaneously education in a lifelong learning program conducted by a higher education institution and focused on preparing secondary school teachers or teachers of the second level of primary school, or study of pedagogy according to § 22 of the Act on Pedagogical Workers.
