Home in the Forest Free Primary School is seeking a new team member for the position of PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER (Grades 1-4). We are looking for an active, positive, and creative person who can inspire children on their educational journey, who can set aside their own educational ambitions, gives children space to find various solutions, does not judge, has an open mind, can view things from different angles, and can laugh at themselves. At the same time, they love nature (not just in spring and summer) and have no problem teaching outdoors with children every day. We also require organizational skills in administrative tasks, which are an integral part of the job. Requirements: - Education in accordance with Act No. 563/2004 Coll. on Pedagogical Workers - Partnership approach to children, knowledge of unconventional pedagogical methods and their practical application - Independence and organizational skills - open communication, creativity, joy in daily outdoor learning - Ability to improvise and effectively resolve arising situations - Valid driver's license category B, clean criminal record We offer: - Interesting work environment in an interesting school near České Budějovice with beautiful surrounding nature - Setting of a smaller school with family atmosphere and innovative approach to education, opportunity for further professional growth and development Start date: September 2026.
