We are looking for a primary school teacher (grades 1-5) and colleague who shares our philosophy: respectful communication, partnership approach, modern teaching methods, and focus on individual student needs. Qualification: Teaching certification for primary grades (grades 1-5) Start date: August 2026 Employment type: Full-time employment contract (HPP) Minimum required education: Master's degree What we expect from you? • Professional qualification for teaching at the primary level (according to the law on pedagogical workers). • Enthusiasm for working with children and willingness to support their natural curiosity. • Empathy, awareness of special educational needs, and ability to individualize work with students. • Work with small, yet diverse class groups. • Willingness to learn new things, collaborate in a team, and contribute to school development. • Creativity and openness to innovative methods (project-based learning, digital technology, experiential learning).
