We require: professional qualifications in accordance with the law on pedagogical workers, an active and innovative approach to work, ability to collaborate with other pedagogical staff at the school, active cooperation and open communication with children and parents, use of modern technologies and methods in education, openness to new trends in early childhood education, willingness to participate in further professional development (DVPP), patience, empathy, and a kind approach to the individual needs of each child.
