Job Responsibilities: Monitoring and recording of financial assets. Manages operations of POI PS 0006, responsible for document storage procedures and document archiving. Prepares documentation for payroll accounting - attendance records, sick leave, vacation tracking. Compiles contributions to director regulations of AHNM - PS matters. Processes invoice records and ensures timely completion. Ensures organization financing (financial resources agenda, credit agenda, settlement and payment procedures). Analysis of receivables and payables. Maintains required administrative documentation and financial management records including their processing on PC.
