Job responsibilities: Monitoring and recording of financial assets. Manages operations of POI PS 0006, responsible for document storage procedures and archiving. Prepares payroll documentation - attendance records, sick leave, vacation tracking. Compiles submissions for director's directives - PS-related matters. Processes invoice records and ensures timely processing. Organizes organization financing (financial resources agenda, credit matters, settlement and payment transactions). Analysis of receivables and liabilities. Maintains required administrative documentation and financial records including PC processing. Participates in asset inventory within PS scope.
