Job offer description: - complete accounting management of a contributory organization (recording and posting received invoices and internal documents, invoicing rentals and other services, processing bank statements and cash register accounting, payroll documentation and posting), preparation of financial statements, tax returns and annual school reports, ongoing account monitoring and annual inventory - preparation and contract management - project collaboration (accounting, correctness verification, financial settlement, participation in final reports) - financial reporting to the founder, reports for the Czech Statistical Office We offer: - START AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - full-time employment, possibility of part-time employment by mutual agreement - employee benefits - contributions from the employee benefit fund - appropriate salary compensation according to the tariff and possibility of above-tariff salary components (personal compensation, bonuses) Requirements: - minimum secondary education in economics with a school-leaving examination - knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping is a prerequisite - experience in a similar position is an advantage - independence and willingness to learn new things - digital literacy, active PC use and office applications are a prerequisite - experience with the Fenix accounting system is an advantage - criminal record clearance, reliability, care, accuracy and responsibility Contact details: Mgr.
