ACCOUNTANT - ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a team member who is careful, responsible, communicative and has a pleasant demeanor, is proficient with PC, Word and Excel (required), has knowledge of accounting (does not need to be an expert), and has a clean criminal record. Job duties: managing the organization's document management service including mailbox administration, invoicing records including accounting entries, maintaining cash book records in Gordic software, selling meal vouchers to external diners, managing and overseeing the organization's warehouse operations (issuing and receiving protective equipment, cleaning supplies, office supplies, textiles and linens), conducting monthly warehouse closings including inventory counts. We offer: discounted meals – lunch for 30 Kč, 3 sick days, 5 weeks vacation, benefits from FKSP fund (zoo tickets, retirement savings contribution), bonuses twice yearly based on merit. Start date possible from October 27, 2026 or by arrangement, salary grade 8 according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended, level according to demonstrated experience from 23,470,- to 33,710,- Kč, personal compensation after training period. Employment contract for 1 year with possibility of extension.
