Job Responsibilities: - Complete processing of supplier invoice records including management of the approval process (Workflow) - Maintenance of issued invoice records and revenue accounting - Management and accounting of CZK and EUR cash registers - Processing data from external systems using Excel - Accounting and verification of merchandise inventory records - Collaboration on inventory counts and financial statement closings - Preparation of additional accounting documentation as needed by the company - Use of Helios accounting software and other internal software applications Who We're Looking For: We appreciate a colleague who: - has accounting experience and is knowledgeable about accounting documents - works carefully, responsibly, and systematically - can work independently as well as collaborate with team members - has user-level PC skills - knowledge of VAT matters is a plus - experience with Helios accounting software is an advantage Employee Benefits: 5 weeks vacation, sick days, meal allowance, Pluxee benefits card, contribution toward retirement pension insurance
