About the Role As a customer service representative at Convini, you are responsible for providing excellent service to customers and consumers. You handle incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and ensure that each matter is resolved efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch. This role has a special focus on the German market, but you will also support Convini's Swedish customers and consumers. In addition to customer interactions, you will also handle other administrative and operational tasks. You will be part of a wonderful and dedicated customer service team consisting of five driven and positive colleagues. Here, teamwork is essential, and the ambition is always to exceed customer expectations. In addition to your fantastic customer service colleagues, you will also work closely with many other parts of the organization to ensure the best possible customer experience. Examples of work tasks: Handling incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone Handling accounts receivable-related matters (B2B & B2C) Maintenance of shared office spaces (showroom, etc.) Ensuring that office supplies are ordered and available in the office We are looking for you who: Have completed upper secondary education Speak and write German, Swedish, and English fluently Have at least one year of experience in a customer service role or equivalent, where customer contact was a central part of the role Have good system skills and are accustomed to working in different systems As a person, you are: Structured and responsible, with a good ability to prioritize and drive work forward Service-oriented and unpretentious, with a strong will and ambition to deliver fantastic customer and consumer experiences A positive, communicative, and relationship-building team player who helps where needed Initiative-taking, solution-oriented, and confident in challenging existing work methods and contributing to development in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment Other Information Desired start after summer Full-time (8 AM–5 PM), permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months Placement at the head office in Solna (Frösundavik), with the possibility of some remote work Since you will be serving both Swedish and German customers, work may occur on certain Swedish holidays, depending on differences in holidays between the countries.
