This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and making things happen. As laundry manager, you'll have a varied position where you combine hands-on work with team leadership and customer contact. You'll be an important part of the operation with significant personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to influence daily operations. About the Company JH Fastigheter was founded in 2015, and what started with four apartments in Bodträskfors has since developed into a local operation that today owns and manages 55 apartments and four commercial spaces. Over the years, the business has expanded and now consists of three companies: JH Fastigheter, JH Städ, and JH Tvätt. Together, these companies operate within property management, cleaning, and laundry services, with a shared commitment to offering high quality, personalized service, and long-term relationships. JH Tvätt was started in 2020 and has grown with the company's needs. In 2024, the company invested in larger facilities, which created better conditions for continued operations. We provide professional laundry services to hotels, restaurants, and industrial businesses, among others. Everything from work clothes and textiles to entrance mats is handled with a focus on quality, precision, and service. JH operations are characterized by closeness, commitment, and quality. About the Role As laundry manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the daily operations of JH Tvätt. Your main responsibilities include: planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily work leading and supporting a small team of four people ensuring that work maintains high quality and follows established procedures maintaining customer contact and ensuring high service levels planning and following up on deliveries and pickups managing and resolving problems that arise in daily operations ensuring efficient workflow and good structure participating in hands-on work About You We believe you're someone who takes responsibility, sees what needs to be done, and drives work forward. You're confident in making decisions in everyday situations, take your own initiative, and enjoy switching between planning, leading, and participating in the work. You don't need specific education or prior experience in the laundry industry. Perhaps you have experience in team leadership, service, production, hospitality, restaurants, industry, or another field where structure, quality, and responsibility have been important. Perhaps you come from a completely different sector. What matters most is your attitude and your ability to create structure, quality, and good workflow. You need to be confident in prioritizing different tasks, solving problems that arise, and maintaining focus on both customers and colleagues.
