As a Safety Coordinator at Kalmarhem, you will have a central role in coordinating, developing and following up our work for safe and sustainable living environments. We welcome your application! Safety is an important part of Kalmarhem's mission. We are now looking for you to take a central role in developing, coordinating and driving our safety work forward. As Safety Coordinator, you will have a key role in creating safe and sustainable living environments for Kalmarhem's tenants. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations and contribute to strengthening safety in our residential areas through a long-term, preventive and knowledge-based approach. The role involves driving the development of Kalmarhem's safety work and creating conditions for more coordinated and systematic work on safety, security and residential social issues. Through close collaboration with colleagues, authorities and other external actors, you will help strengthen both the organization's capacity and tenants' experience of safety. You will be an important specialist resource in the organization and will contribute with knowledge, guidance and a holistic perspective that supports the organization's continued development. In practice, this means that you: ⦁ Plan, initiate, coordinate and follow up safety-creating initiatives ⦁ Produce analyses, situational assessments and action plans ⦁ Develop and implement working methods, routines and support within the safety area ⦁ Identify risks, patterns and areas for improvement ⦁ Provide advice and support on safety, security and residential social issues ⦁ Conduct training, information and knowledge initiatives ⦁ Follow up on implemented initiatives and their effects ⦁ Contribute the safety perspective in management, projects and development work You will work closely with different parts of Kalmarhem's operations and collaborate with the Municipality, Police and other external actors. You will be part of the Residential Services department and report to the Residential Services Group Manager. Qualifications We are looking for you who want to develop the safety work of the future and are motivated by creating long-term solutions that make a real difference for people and society. You are used to independently planning and driving your work and enjoy a role with many contact points and close collaboration with others. As a person, you are curious, analytical and development-oriented. You create structure and momentum and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships. The role also requires integrity and good judgment, as you will be providing support and recommendations on issues that can sometimes be complex. Requirements: ⦁ Relevant higher education or university degree in, for example, social sciences, sociology, law or another field that we consider equivalent, or corresponding competence through education and experience ⦁ Experience with systematic safety, security, crime prevention or similar socially-oriented work ⦁ Experience working both strategically and operationally ⦁ Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and translate insights into concrete actions ⦁ Strong ability to plan, structure and drive work independently ⦁ Strong communication skills and experience presenting and informing in different forums ⦁ Excellent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing ⦁ Class B driver's license Meritorious: ⦁ Experience with systematic safety, security or development work ⦁ Experience developing, implementing and following up working methods, processes or routines ⦁ Experience from the real estate industry or public sector ⦁ Experience collaborating with municipality, police, social services or other authorities What Do We Offer You?
