Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with clients to create personalized assistance services. We work closely with our clients and know that strong relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.
We are now looking for a calm, cheerful, personable assistant who can take initiative and ensure things happen, with the ability to create a sense of peace.
You must be a woman and be available to fill in during vacation and sick leave.
The work is centrally located with a 51-year-old woman with multiple disabilities. She is energetic, cheerful, and social. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle with outings, movies, swimming, wheelchair dancing, music, theater, and travel.
She uses a wheelchair and needs help with, among other things, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and daily household tasks such as cooking, baking, and cleaning. She values having a nice environment around her, which is also appreciated by your future colleagues.
Work hours are mostly scheduled for afternoon/evening, overnight on-call duties at night, and a few hours in the morning before she goes to work on weekdays. During her summer vacation, you will work 24-hour shifts.
Since communication is very important in this work, good Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
