What will you do with us? - manufacture and assemble custom furniture (children's rooms, cabinets, kitchens, beds, and other interior furniture) - occasionally travel to customer sites for installation - collaborate with production colleagues, foreman, production manager, and installers - work in a new modern production facility How do we envision you? - you have at least 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing - you can work independently and see projects through to completion - you care about work quality and attention to detail - you are reliable and able to get along well with production colleagues What do we offer you? - fair compensation 45,000 – 60,000 Kč, depending on experience and quality of work - signing bonus 20,000 Kč after 6 months - work clothing from head to toe (Strauss, etc.) - work with quality tools such as Mafell, Metabo, DeWALT - stable employment – we have been in business for 25 years and have orders scheduled months in advance - diverse work – we are not a serial production company, every project is different - pleasant team atmosphere with colleagues aged 20-70, where you'll fit in quickly - immediate start available
