Job Description Randstad is now seeking driven and detail-oriented operators with a forklift license for upcoming needs at Bosch in Tranås. Then this could be the perfect role for you! As a consultant at Bosch, you will be an important part of the manufacturing process. You will transform technical components into finished quality products on assembly lines, both through partial and complete assembly. The work takes place in a structured flow based on technical drawings and written instructions using tools such as screwdrivers and test equipment. You ensure that each step is performed with precision and care to meet the high standards set for function and quality. The role may include both assembly and truck operation (for example, with a pick truck) and we are therefore looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys both aspects. The work involves shift work and may include day, evening, or night shifts. If you have previous experience in assembly and production, that is a merit, but we also welcome you without prior experience, provided you have a forklift license. To thrive in the role, you should be comfortable working at a fast pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a team with others.
