Job Description Randstad is now recruiting driven and detail-oriented forklift operator assemblers for upcoming needs at Bosch in Tranås. Do you have a forklift certificate in hand? Have you just graduated or are you at the start of your career? Then the consultant role at Bosch might be for you! We are looking for someone who is motivated and meticulous, and is open to learning new things. The requirements for the role we are seeking today are a forklift certificate and experience operating basic forklifts, such as order pickers. It may also involve both forklift operation and assembly, so we would appreciate if you are open to both. If you have previous experience in assembly and production, that is a merit, but we also welcome those without experience! To thrive in the role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Our customers have different assembly methods depending on which department you are in. Tools used include screwdrivers and various test equipment. Written instructions and drawings are the basis for assembly. The work involves shift work, but daytime, evening, and night shifts may occur. As an assembler at Bosch, you have overall responsibility for transforming technical components into finished quality products through both partial and full assembly. The work takes place in a structured flow on the line, where you carefully assemble components and products in strict accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. You ensure that each step is executed with precision to meet our high standards for function and quality. As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at our customer.
