About the Position
You will mainly work evening hours in home care with personal care, services, and health and medical tasks based on delegation.
The work includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to schedule.
📍 Work Location: Kristianstad and/or Åhus
🏢 Our offices are located at Industrigatan 2A in Kristianstad and Tullvaktaregatan 10 in Åhus.
📆 Start Date: As soon as we find the right person.
🛎️ Employment: Permanent position
🌙 Working Hours: Evening shift, including weekends according to schedule
🕒 Hours: By agreement
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
✅ You are a trained nursing assistant.
✅ You speak and write Swedish fluently. This is crucial for customer safety, colleague communication, and secure documentation.
✅ You are comfortable with responsibility and can accept delegation for medications and other health and medical tasks.
✅ You are a team player who values structure, follows procedures, and helps your colleagues when needed.
✅ You enjoy evening work and do not see evenings and weekends as a necessary evil.
➕ A driver's license is an asset.
