Jinert AB is a privately-owned family company offering comprehensive solutions in lifting, specialized transport, and heavy goods handling. With approximately 500 employees, spanning from Ystad in the south to Kiruna in the north, and headquarters in Hässleholm where the business was originally founded, we are today one of the leading players in the industry. At our depot in Skellefteå, we have approximately 25 employees who together manage operations, the local machinery fleet, and associated resources. Our operations are characterized by high expertise, strong commitment, and close collaboration to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-tailored solutions within lifting and transport. Through our local presence and broad experience, we contribute to strengthening Jinert's position as a reliable partner and an important player in northern Sweden. Our Skellefteå depot is growing, and we now need to strengthen this great team with an additional transport manager. This is a varied and eventful role with many points of contact. Your responsibilities will include: Customer and employee contact Order reception and resource planning Management of permits and exemptions Booking inspections Preparing billing documentation Administration and work in our operational systems We are looking for someone who thrives when the pace is high and days vary. You are solution-oriented, organized, and driven, find collaboration easy, and are used to juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Of course, you always keep the customer and business needs in focus. Experience with similar tasks is a requirement. The position is located at our newly built full-service facility on Tunnelvägen in Skellefteå. Do you recognize yourself?
