Tempcon Cold Star Logistics, part of Tempcon Group, is a transport and freight forwarding company operating in Västerås. We manage daily transport planning and coordination for our customers and are now seeking a transport administrator for our office in Västerås. Responsibilities This position involves administrative work in close collaboration with the company's transport managers/freight forwarders. The role includes: - Administration and quality assurance of transport orders and freight documentation - Ongoing support to transport managers in planning and monitoring shipments - Handling of discrepancies and some customer contact - Preparation of materials for invoicing and statistics - Contact with drivers, customers, and offices in daily operations Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Is organized and thorough in your work approach - Has strong administrative skills and can manage multiple tasks in parallel - Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Is experienced with computer-based systems No prior experience in the transport or freight forwarding industry is required; training will be provided internally. High school education in transport, logistics, or administration, as well as previous experience with administrative work, are advantageous.
