Transport Specialist

Job Responsibilities: - Organize and coordinate international rail freight shipments - Daily communication with customers, business partners, and railway companies - Process inquiries and prepare price quotations - Negotiate prices with suppliers - Oversee shipment progress and resolve operational issues - Identify new and more efficient logistics solutions Requirements: - Communicative proficiency in English or German - Additional language skills (Polish, Hungarian, or Ukrainian) are a plus - User-level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Independence, reliability, and willingness to learn new things - Strong communication and organizational skills Employee Benefits: Flexible working hours, 5 weeks of vacation, annual bonus based on company performance, possibility of 13th or 14th month salary, vacation allowance, mobile phone for personal use, fully covered meal vouchers, language courses and on-site massages, office location in central Olomouc Contact available via EMAIL ONLY.
