We are now seeking an engaged and service-oriented Transport and Logistics Planner for one of our partner companies in Sandviken. In this position, you play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality transport solutions and optimizing the supply chain in an international business environment. You will join a dedicated team where you take significant personal responsibility for coordinating shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high delivery accuracy for global customers.
The assignment is scheduled to start in November and is initially until June 2027. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments for all transport modes.
Operational management in logistics systems according to established processes, work instructions, and applicable regulations.
Close collaboration with loading personnel and external transport providers to guarantee quality and cost-efficiency.
Contact with relevant authorities and agencies to verify compliance with legal requirements and customs regulations.
Qualifications
Relevant higher education in logistics, or equivalent experience from professional life.
Very strong ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work under time pressure.
Service-oriented mindset and experience managing complex internal and external contact points.
Meritorious: knowledge of international freight processes, customs procedures, and logistics systems.
