If so, you might be the right person for this job! Job Responsibilities We are currently looking for a fitness-minded companion for a 16-year-old boy with autism and ADHD. The position involves 8 hours per month, primarily on weekday afternoons. During companionship sessions, you will exercise together at the gym. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a genuine passion for people and emotionally conscious care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is a plus. As a companion, you will participate in various activities outside the home with the user. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life. Employment Terms Hourly wage (including overtime compensation) varies between 180–210 kr on weekends, 150–180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130–160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). Upon potential employment, we will request references and a criminal record check from the Swedish Police.
