As a Training Coordinator with us, you will become an important part of our Service team. You will have a broad and varied role where administration, coordination, and communication are in focus. Here you work closely with operations and have many points of contact while getting the opportunity to develop in an exciting and growing organization.
About the role
In your role as Training Coordinator, you will:
• Coordinate and administer training for our employees and ensure that training requirements are met.
• Follow up on training status and compile reports.
• Plan and coordinate Coromatic Services Academy together with internal and external training providers.
• Work regularly in Excel and other systems to ensure quality and structure in processes.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and making things happen. You are comfortable with administration and coordination, but also see opportunities to improve and simplify work methods.
Perhaps you have a few years of experience in a coordinating role in retail, restaurants, or service and are ready to take the next step in your career.
You are curious, driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy learning new things, stay updated on trends and work methods in your field, and find it easy to prioritize when the pace is high. If you also have an interest in technology, that is a big plus.
We believe you have:
• Upper secondary education
• At least two years of experience in a coordinating or administrative role
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have:
• Technical understanding or education in electrical work

The position is placed in a security classification, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and approved security vetting and background check. The security vetting is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
As part of our responsibility within total defense, the position may be placed on wartime assignment. This means that in case of heightened alert or war, you will be called in to maintain Coromatic's critical societal operations related to your position.
