Then this could be the right opportunity for you! We are now looking for a traffic planner for a transport and logistics company in Malmö. In this role, you will be an important part of the traffic department, where you together are responsible for ensuring that transports, deliveries, and customer matters are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will play a central role in daily operations and work in a flexible and dynamic environment, where your main focus is to provide customers with the best possible service. In the role, you will be in contact with business customers and provide them with support regarding deliveries, cargo, and transport status. This means you need to be able to quickly find information and provide clear answers. During a typical workday, you handle a large number of emails, which requires both structure and good prioritization skills. The assignment starts immediately and working hours are standard office hours, Monday to Friday 08.00–17.00. The position is a consultant employment through us at StudentConsulting, which means you will be employed by us but work at our customer, who has an office in Östra Hamnen in Malmö. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have experience from the service industry and/or coordinating roles. You enjoy administrative tasks. You are fluent in Swedish and English. It is a merit if you also speak German. If you have work experience from a similar profession, or education in a relevant field, this is highly meritorious.
