Key Responsibilities
As a traffic coordinator, you work with planning and coordinating transports between Sweden and Italy. You are responsible for planning and structuring transport arrangements based on customer needs and ensuring that the right vehicle and resources are in place for transports to be carried out efficiently and safely. You work closely with both drivers, customers, and transport partners and follow transports from planning to delivery. An important part of the role is booking ferries, following up on ongoing transports, and monitoring where vehicles are located and how transports are progressing. When goods are delivered, you follow up on the delivery and send a receipt to the customer. In the role, you also handle ongoing questions and discrepancies that arise during transport. This could include delays, changed conditions, or other situations that require you to quickly find a solution and keep the involved parties updated.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Education in transportation or logistics or equivalent work experience in the industry
• B driver's license
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
