About Trafiko and the assignment At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving license industry for both students taking their driving test and instructors providing training. In a short time, we have grown into one of the largest players in driving license education and operate driving schools in 33 cities across Sweden, offering driving lessons in 18 of these cities. Through our website and app, students study theory across all of Sweden. In total, we train over 30,000 students annually with Trafiko. For the past 3 years, we have successfully offered driving lessons to our students in Lund. We now want to expand our offering to meet our students' demand and are looking for you to join us on this journey as a driving instructor. About you We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping your students reach their goals by adapting training to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to independently complete your tasks with foresight and structure. Requirements Certified driving instructor Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as these are required in daily work Merits Experience using digital tools Additional language skills beyond Swedish What we offer At Trafiko, you get a unique opportunity to help shape a new driving license industry.
