About the Role As a traffic instructor with us, you will: · Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with varying backgrounds and needs. · Support and motivate students on their journey to obtaining a driver's license. · Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations. · Possibly assist with traffic instructor training. · Possibly conduct theory lessons and risk education. We Are Looking for You If You: · Hold a valid traffic instructor license and are approved by Transportstyrelsen. · Have a pedagogical and flexible approach. · Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop. · Have strong communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people. · If you are an approved AM instructor or interested in becoming one, this is a merit. · Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
