About the Role
As a gardener at Erbo, you're responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our customers' outdoor environments. You work independently and plan much of your workday on your own.
The work is varied and includes lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, and ongoing maintenance of plantings and green spaces. You're also our representative at the customer site and maintain regular contact with residents and boards.
You'll work both independently and with colleagues, depending on the assignment and season.
Your Responsibilities
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Weeding and maintenance of flower beds and plantings
• Planting and basic landscaping work
• Ongoing maintenance and care of green spaces
• Snow removal
• Identifying maintenance needs in outdoor areas
• Customer contact with residents
• Ongoing communication with customers and boards
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and enjoys working outdoors in a role with considerable freedom and accountability.
You have practical skills, enjoy working with your hands, and have an eye for well-maintained outdoor environments. You're service-oriented and enjoy interacting with people.
You appreciate variety in your work and can plan and prioritize your tasks based on both scheduled maintenance and customer needs.
You take ownership of your work and ensure tasks get completed.
Qualifications
Experience with gardening or similar work
Class B driver's license (manual transmission)
Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written
Computer literacy
Desirable Qualifications:
Education in gardening, green space management, or similar field
Practical knowledge of plants, pruning, and plant care
Experience with gardening equipment
