Are you an experienced carpenter? JM Riks Region Syd is now seeking skilled professionals for exciting residential construction projects in Malmö, Lund and surrounding areas. About the Position The work involves new residential construction. You will work on various tasks, such as framing, roofing, facade, structural completion, and interior finishing, depending on the construction phase. Working hours at our construction sites are between 06:45 - 15:45. The position is permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months. JM is a company characterized by a structured approach which also influences our production process. We have chosen a model based on working uniformly across all our projects. This is evident in our daily routines, schedules, and work methods. To leverage our employees' knowledge and experience, we also operate a system for handling improvement suggestions. JM focuses on organization and cleanliness and places great emphasis on workplace safety at our construction sites. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a carpenter's certification and at least three years of professional experience. It is a plus if you have experience with new residential construction. As a person, you thrive in an organized environment and are committed to performing work tasks with focus on safe working conditions and high quality. You are positive and engaged in your work and contribute to your team's focus and support your colleagues. You demonstrate drive and determination to achieve set goals and deliver excellent results.
