Phone calls available on weekdays 8-14 hours. A modern flexographic printing facility is expanding its team and looking for a Printer. Using up to ten-color flexographic printing, we produce shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive and IML labels, plastic and aluminum caps, and other paper and plastic packaging segments for major customers, particularly in the food industry. Job Responsibilities of Printer: -Preparation and inspection of printing plates and materials for job orders -Setup and operation of printing machines -Quality control of printing throughout the entire printing process -Basic machine maintenance and cleaning -Work according to production documentation Requirements: -Minimum complete secondary technical education with vocational training and diploma; background in printing/polygraphics is advantageous -Manual dexterity and technical thinking -Attention to detail, responsibility, and independent work approach -Good eyesight, color sensitivity, and sense for detail -Basic PC knowledge -Willingness to learn new things and readiness to work in shift operations -Ability to work as part of a team -Experience in printing production is a significant advantage, but not a requirement -Position is also suitable for recent graduates - we will provide thorough training Shift Schedule: -Continuous 12-hour operations (2x morning shift, 2x night shift, 4 days off) We Offer: -Work in an established flexographic printing facility with modern technological equipment -Thorough training and familiarization with the entire production process -Competitive compensation -Opportunities for professional and career development -Work on interesting projects for major customers and well-known brands Starting gross salary will be determined based on abilities, experience, and qualifications from 144 Kč/hour up to 45,000 Kč/month. After the training period, variable bonuses, monthly rewards based on work performed, and additional personal allowances apply. Upon hire, employment will be contracted for a fixed term of 8 months with a probation period of 4 months, with the goal of converting to a permanent position.
