EKOBAL ROŽNOV s.r.o. is looking for experienced printers for our team! Interested in working with quality printing equipment and participating in the production of cups and lids on specialty paper for select food industry segments? Join us! What awaits you in this position? • Preparation and operation of printing machines (offset Heidelberg and flexo Rissen) • Monitoring print quality and press output while maintaining color specifications according to customer requirements • Regular maintenance of assigned machinery and printing plates and ensuring their proper operation • Collaboration with external graphic studio and consultation with Heidelberg printing instructor What do we expect from you? • Experience as a printer (ideally on offset printing equipment) • Trade qualification in printing is a major advantage • Technical skills and an eye for colors and details, including objective color measurement • Independence, reliability, and willingness to work in three-shift operations • Knowledge of occupational health and safety and standard printing procedures What do we offer? • Stable full-time employment with a company with a long tradition • Motivating compensation and bonuses for meeting production and print quality targets • Modern work environment, technology, and export-oriented production • Benefits (4 weeks vacation, including sick days, meal allowance, pension/life insurance contribution, company events) • Opportunity for professional growth and further education in the printing industry ________________________________________ Work location: Pivovarská 42, Rožnov p/R Start date: Immediately or by arrangement.
