We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or assistant nurse and want to work nights within elderly care in Alingsås. You can choose to work nights at one of our residential care facilities or in the night patrol within home care services.

WORK DUTIES
You can choose to work nights at one of our residential care facilities or in the night patrol within home care services.

Work nights at a residential care facility
As an assistant nurse or nursing assistant at our residential care facilities, you are responsible for safety, care, and support during the night. You work with patient care activities and have delegation for health and medical care services, supervision, and alarm management.
Work in night patrol, home care services
As an assistant nurse or nursing assistant in the night patrol, you visit our users in their own homes during the night. You are responsible for supervision, support as needed, patient care activities, and handling of incoming alarms. You have delegation for health and medical care services. The work is independent but always with team support and procedures that ensure high quality and safety for the users.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Are trained assistant nurse with protected job title (1,500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary school diploma), or trained nursing assistant (800 upper secondary school credits)
• Have previous experience within elderly care or equivalent activities
• Within the night patrol, a driver's license is required

You are calm, confident in yourself, and have an easy way of communicating in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are independent and take responsibility for your work tasks, while cooperating with colleagues to ensure high quality and safety for the residents. You have good ability to prioritize, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and enjoy a role that requires flexibility and a situation-adapted work approach. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
