WORK DUTIES Working in home care means a varied and diverse workday. You meet different people, work in different home environments, and perform varied work tasks based on the client's individual needs. The work involves moving between clients and gives you a workday where no two days are exactly alike. In home care, you plan and carry out many work tasks independently, which provides both autonomy and responsibility. As a care assistant or nursing assistant in home care, our common focus is that the individual feels safe, well-being, and has the opportunity to live a dignified life. We work from a salutogenic perspective and approach, which means individually adapted care with the elderly in focus. Work as a Nursing Assistant: As a nursing assistant, you work with care services and have delegation for health and medical care services. You have responsibilities including serving as a contact person, documenting according to applicable regulations in our digital systems, and creating and following up on implementation plans. The role may also involve individual responsibility areas, mentoring assignments, mentorship, and participation in the operation's development work. You also perform all work tasks included in the role of care assistant or assistant, including various service tasks. Work as a Care Assistant: As a care assistant, you work with care services and may receive delegation for certain health and medical care services. You may also have specific responsibility areas. Unlike the nursing assistant, the care assistant does not have mentoring responsibility and does not create implementation plans. You perform all work tasks included in the role of assistant. With us, you are a key person in work around the client and contribute to safety, participation, and meaning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected job title (1,500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary school diploma), or trained care assistant (800 upper secondary school credits). Meritorious: • Experience from home care or other elderly care operations • Class B driver's license We highly value good collaboration and are looking for you who has good demeanor, are calm and confident in yourself, and have an easy time communicating in speech and writing in Swedish.
