Your Competence and Experience
Below you'll see what requirements apply within the different activity areas.
Care and Support:
At least 2 months of experience working in care and support, psychiatry, or educational activities, or alternatively nurse assistant training or post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
Completed education in Swedish corresponding to SFI D level and good Swedish language skills are required, as the work involves close dialogue and cooperation with both colleagues and care and support recipients.
IMPORTANT! In our remote areas, no previous experience or education is required. However, you need a class B driver's license and a car if you don't live in the area, as public transportation is limited. Remote areas: Matfors, Stöde, Kovland, Indal, Liden, and Njurunda.
Social Psychiatry:
At least 2 months of experience working in care and support, psychiatry, or educational activities, or alternatively nurse assistant training or post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
Good Swedish language skills corresponding to Swedish as a Second Language level are required, but formal education is not required. Language skills are important as the work involves close dialogue and cooperation with both colleagues and the individual.
Other Requirements for Care and Support and Social Psychiatry:
You must be 18 years old at the time of employment to meet work environment and patient safety requirements.
Basic digital skills are required as the work involves documentation and use of digital tools.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We're looking for someone interested in working with people, who is engaged and attentive in meetings with the individual. You are secure, stable, and have a professional approach. You find it easy to build good relationships, cooperate well with colleagues, and communicate in a constructive and solution-focused way. You remain calm in stressful situations, can work independently, and adapt your approach based on the individual's needs and circumstances.
What Increases Your Chances of Employment:
Education or experience in care and support, psychiatry, or education is meritorious. A driver's license is desirable and required for work in home care and individual support. You should be comfortable with medication delegation. We'd like to see that you have high availability and are flexible with work hours.
