Arvidsjaur Municipality is now seeking committed and responsible temporary staff for our social services. We're looking for you who want to work with people and contribute to creating security, participation, and good care. As a temporary staff member with us, you will be employed through the Staffing Unit. Assignments apply when regular staff are absent. How it works: You will be employed on an intermittent basis (temporary staff) and receive ongoing requests for work shifts – sometimes with short notice (same day), sometimes with longer notice. You indicate your own availability in our digital booking system. As temporary staff with us, you can work within several areas, depending on the activity's needs and your interests: Elderly Care - Home Care Day/Night - Residential Care Facility Day/Night - Short-term Care Support and Care Department (ASO) LSS activities in group homes, residential support and day activities, personal assistance, short-term recreation for children and youth Working hours vary and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. We're looking for you who: Have a genuine interest in people, and your empathetic ability combined with your respect for individual integrity contributes to creating a safe and dignified daily life for our care recipients. You are positive, flexible, and have a good sense of service. Are flexible and like to step in when needed Education in healthcare and care is meritorious – but not required. If you have previous experience with similar work, that's a plus. Requirements You must be 18 years old or older Driver's license (category B) may be meritorious depending on the activity Certificate from the criminal record register Since documentation and communication are part of the daily work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
