We warmly welcome your application! The night patrol is responsible for scheduled nighttime visits and handles security alarms throughout Uppsala Municipality during nighttime hours. The work involves considerable independence while being part of an engaged team that together contributes to safety, care, and quality of life for our clients. The night patrol operates from Nyby home care, Svartbäckens home care, and Sävja home care. The work shift begins with reporting and reviewing documentation before you and your colleagues head out to the municipality's home care areas. As temporary staff, you work flexibly within all our teams. During the night, you perform both scheduled visits and respond to incoming security alarms. Working hours are 21:35–07:15. Description of Work Tasks As part of the night patrol, you shall provide good care based on the individual's needs with great respect for the person and their self-determination. You contribute to enabling the client to live an independent, active, and meaningful life according to their circumstances and needs. The work includes: performing care services in clients' homes performing delegated healthcare services from licensed personnel documenting in accordance with the Social Services Act communicating and collaborating with clients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals working in health-promoting ways and contributing to the development of operations. Qualifications For success in this role, we see that you: have relevant experience working in healthcare and care preferably have experience performing healthcare services delegated by licensed healthcare professionals can independently and without difficulty communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. This is a requirement to ensure patient safety and proper documentation in the work are accustomed to using digital tools such as computers and smartphones have a B driving license feel comfortable driving a car for work. It is meriting if you: are a trained assistant nurse with a professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare have experience with night work have experience with documentation in systems such as LifeCare.
