We are now looking for hourly care staff for Nytida's group home Litslena in Enköping. We offer training and a rewarding job where you make a real difference! This is an hourly position as a residential support worker. About Litslena Group Home Nytida Litslena is a newly built group home with 6 spaces for people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism or autism-like conditions. Other co-occurring diagnoses may also be present. We are experienced in working with people who experience anxiety, stress, and worry. To live with us, a residential care decision under LSS is required. Litslena is located in the Fanna district of Enköping, close to both the city center and nature. Nearby you'll find Hjällstaviken nature reserve and Lake Mälaren. The group home is newly constructed with six modern apartments of 47.5 m² and spacious common areas. The property features a large terrace along the back of the building, a grill area, gardening opportunities, and a grassy area for activities. See Litslena – Nytida. About the Role As a residential support worker, you will provide support based on each resident's individual needs and wishes, using a pedagogical approach in daily life. Working together with your colleagues, you aim to make each day meaningful and engaging. You will support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the role is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and fulfilling leisure time. Your responsibilities also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts. You will have a group leader working nearby who dedicates part of their time to the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have upper secondary education in care and support or equivalent training. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with this target group. For this position, it is important that you have a B-category driving license. Otherwise, your CV isn't the most important thing.
