About the Position Your work tasks will primarily involve providing practical and educational support, mainly provided in the individual's home. The support is based on the individual's implementation plan, which is developed together with the user. We work under a government mandate with set goals to strive toward. The implementation plans are based on Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and we work in the Pulsen Combine system. You will work pedagogically and with individual adaptation, by coaching, supporting, and being present in all activities and moments that concern the user and that the user wishes, from which the need for support can be given in situations that may be physically demanding. During night work, several care interventions take place. Requirements: We want you to have care education with a focus on disability, preferably support assistant training or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Meritorious: If you have additional education in autism or psychiatry, this is meritorious. Knowledge and experience of working with low-affect approaches and associated tools, AAC, TEACCH, and other educational methods. Previous experience working in a structured manner following clear procedures. Previous experience managing challenging and externalizing behavior based on risk assessments and action plans.
